We won't book any actual reservations from this form, but this will give us an idea of what interests you and your group and we can work up an offering for your consideration. Nothing at this point is binding in any way on you. If things are to your liking we'll get down to reservations later.

But, if you are making plans for a larger group or an extended trip that will include this area, we should develop the itinerary together. If this is your first time planning for a group tour, this information will get us started and we can work up a good itinerary for you to consider. In either case, to begin, we need to gather more detailed information to help you plan the details of your tour.

Advance planning will aid in arranging the best possible experience. We work with reservations up to a year in advance, and we recommend at least two weeks advance notice to arrange the best possible experience. We can work with less time but some options may not be available.

Accommodations

I am interested in the following type of accommodations.
(ACM Tours will reserve your accommodations only after we have received your signed contract and all visit details are arranged.)
Standard (18 room) motel in Arthur - least cost, basic accommodations.
Four star resort on Lake Shelbyville with golf, on site restaurants, lake view, indoor and outdoor swimming pools - about 35 minutes from downtown Arthur - resort quality accommodations
Chain Hotel with swimming pool - about 20 minutes from downtown Arthur - standard hotel accommodations.
Bed & Breakfast - we have a number of nice selections in and about the area to work with depending on timing, your activities and general area interests. Be advised that many of the B&B's book early so advance planning is helpful.
Group lodging for conferences or larger family groups.

    I am thinking of approximately
        1.     2.      3.      4.     More than 4
                      nights accommodations in the area.

OR    No Accommodations - I am planning a one day trip.

Package Options - Select any/all that you are interested in.
All tour requests will be assumed to include stops in country shops around Amish Country and some shopping time in downtown Arthur.
We will discuss timing and scheduling issues with you before we finalize your tour package. Some selections are seasonal or depend on available participating farms and homes. Advance planning will aid in arranging the best possible experience.
